WEEK TWO MENU: March 30-April 4


This week's menu is a "Tribute to Lombardy."  As the world shrinks and we unite against an invisible enemy that knows no borders, we pay tribute to our comrades on the front lines in Northern Italy - by celebrating them and their unique food culture and pride.

Enjoy ingredients -- like radicchio and taleggio cheese -- that are regional staples, as well as dishes that have come to symbolize the delicious and non-fussy sophistication of Lombardy's cooking.

Of course, we have paired it all with an outstanding wine from the region that will leave you asking for more.

4-Course Menu:

Radicchio alla Griglia
Grilled balsamic radicchio, arugula, roasted red peppers and taleggio cheese

Risotto alla Milanese
Vialone Nano rice, saffron and parmesan risotto

Tacchino Ripieno
Roasted turkey breast, stuffed with veal and mushrooms

Miascia
Rosemary bread pudding with apples, pears & raisins with Chantilly cream
